Eye Glasses
Through coordination with the Army Community Health Nursing Section, the Foundation provides funding for family members who may need financial assistance to purchase glasses.
Medical equipment and training for patients/families
The Foundation assists in providing initial funding for medical equipment for needy patients/families awaiting TriCare benefit coverage. Additionally, the Foundation assists families needing to attend specific family care training seminars.
Infant Car Seats/Strollers
The MG Jack K. Gamble Infant Car Seat and Stroller program provides car seats for needy families with newborns for a safe ride home. Vouchers for strollers are available for families in need as well. This program is named in honor of MG Jack K. Gamble, a charter Board member who managed this program for many years.
Mastectomy Garments
The Foundation provides mastectomy garments for women to wear home from the hospital following mastectomy surgery.
